Dr. Rick Rogers, D.D.S.
Dr. Rick Rodgers began his career as an Electrical Engineer, but was drawn to dentistry because of the opportunity to connect with patients. He completed his dental training at Baylor College of Dentistry, and then practiced for seven years as an Army general dentist. Dr. Rodgers then began his orthodontic residency at the University of Texas at Houston.
After operating his own private orthodontic practice in Texas for eleven years, Dr. Rodgers returned to active duty with the Army. Dr. Rodgers is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He has practiced orthodontics for over 30 years, and brings a wealth of experience in treating adults, adolescents, and children to our clinic. Dr. Rodgers believes that orthodontic treatment is unique for each person, not one treatment fits all.
Having lived in Europe and several places in the states, and having completed his Army career, Dr. Rodgers, and his wife, Linda, have decided to make Washington their permanent home. Dr. Rodgers enjoys outdoor sports, especially bicycling, skiing and sailing. Since moving to Washington, he has discovered the fun of ballroom dancing. Having raised 3 boys and 3 girls, Dr. Rodgers understands the challenges of having children in treatment, and will admit that all of his children lost their retainers at one time or another.
